The staff are awesome. The salsa bar is nice , love that there is a variety. I only gave three stars for food, due to the salsa Verde tasted soured and the other salsas didn’t seem very fresh , like they had sat out too long. The meats are good.

Every time I have ever been to this Popeyes, something was wrong literally every time this time they only gave me half a cup of Coke when I ordered a large . I was so shocked that I couldn’t even say anything. And I always order macaroni and cheese and they never give me a work. I have to ask for it then I get an attitude back . It is usually the same person name. Bree. Smh.

I went through the drive and ordered the special posted on the window. Before I could finish ordering, the staff member cut me off to say it was discontinued. When I questioned about the special being posted, she/he became very rude and disrespectful. I proceeded with my order and pulled around to the window. When she/he handed me the food she/he didn’t say have a nice day or anything. She/he just stuck the food out the window and walked away. When she/he returned to the window, I asked for condiments and she/he stated with an attitude, “Its in the bag!” There were no condiments in the bag. When I asked a second time for condiments and forks, she/he stated, “We don’t have anything! We are waiting on the truck!”

First I want to say I love Popeyes chicken but with that said I hate this Popeyes restaurant. Two visits in a row now I didn’t get what I ordered. Ordered the two can dine for 10.99, it is supposed to come with a breast, wing, thigh, and two legs, two sides, two biscuits. What I received was three thighs and two legs. I called when I realized it and was told that that was all they had when I came through. What? So my question is, if you didn’t have what I ordered then why didn’t you tell me that instead of just giving me what you have. It’s not up to this place to make that decision for me. The lady that answered the phone told me if I come back she’d have what I ordered but I was home 10 miles away by then. Also I’d like to point out the girl at the window had the personality of a dip stick.

When I first walked to the counter I was not greeted or acknowledged. The fact I was being patience and a understanding person I eventually received ghost pepper wings about 20 minutes later. They were freshly cooked.

I’ve tried this place a 3 or 4 times over the past few months and there is literally NOTHING redeeming about this place. The employees are completely incompetent. They’re ALWAYS out of something… and even if you do get food, it’ll be wrong or undercooked. Nothing like rubbery undercooked tenders to make you want to puke! Today, they literally didn’t have spicy tender available at lunch (1300). The girl said they were all still frozen, so I couldn’t get any. Seriously, how hard is it to pull the freakin tenders out of the freezer in the morning? This isn’t rocket science. One time I pulled up at lunch hour, and the place was just straight up abandoned… me and a few other cars sat there at the speaker expecting them to eventually answer, but no. Your thinking it was a holiday, right? Nope… it was just a typical normal Wednesday afternoon… when I left work later that day, it looked like they eventually opened, lol. They’re just totally incompetent to run a fast food restaurant. Never again. They’ve wasted too dang much of my time. Avoid this place at all costs!
