I use.to really love me some chipotle when it first opened. For last 4-5 years it has gone so far down. It don’t taste fresh at all. The attitude of the workers is horrible no matter what of day you go. They act like they are paying for your food by being so stingy and when you say you want more they get pushed out of shape. I’m so disappointed. Everything in the United States has gone down in quality. Sad sad sad.

Yet again I’ve come to have to write a review on this exact location. They are never consistent with the quality of food they give out, my food has been good from this location the past couple times but this time it was cold and they did not give a generous amount of food. FIRST OF ALL THE PORTIONS WERE HORRIBLE, they didn’t have any chips and i never got my refund for all two bags they didn’t have! I didn’t have any rice even tho i asked for extra rice. It was so many beans and I asked light beans, barely any lettuce, like is it even possible to be this bad? I’m mad disappointed, don’t play with my money. I bought two bowls and it cost me $30

I’m not sure why the bad reviews but I came around 11:30 am when it wasn’t busy . Couldn’t catch his name ( brown skin brother ) but he was quick and efficient working along side the manager . I was in n out. Food was as expected. Very good. The chips also had the perfect lime taste . I understand being hungry and impatient and or picky but give these ppl a break. They are working hard .

Chipolte is my favorite fast-food chain restaurant. My husband and I visit them whenever we’re traveling in a new area, and are mostly never disappointed by the consistent quality of the food and service. Yesterday’s visit to the Fairfield Gateway Chipolte (by the Barnes and Noble) is the glaring exception. We each ordered tacos. The guy making his made 2 chicken before my husband could tell him he only wanted 1 to be chicken. Rather than simply dumping the extra chicken into the first taco, he took that taco and threw it all in the trash. THROWING PERFECTLY GOOD FOOD AWAY. Next, the girl putting the extras on my 3 chicken tacos dumped such massive amounts of guacamole and sour cream on mine they were really gross. She actually put an entire huge serving spoon of sour cream on top of the filling. I should’ve told her to start again, but I knew where those ruined tacos would go, so, I just paid and emptied all that sloppy mess out at the table and picked out the meat and shell. There was no one in line behind us. No reason to rush. It was like they didn’t even care…because at this place they DON’T. The glass food shields were filthy, greasy, spattered and smeared. The tables were all crusty and crumb-laden, like no one had wiped them down all day, or ever. And the ladies restroom was dirty. One of the 2 sinks was broken, so only one place to wash your hands.

Overall, it was good. Tables & floor were messy, and counter servers were OK-to-good. The food was very good. It was not a bad experience, though not excellent, compared to other Chipotles I have visited.
