Oddly looking philly cheestake. The quality check on this dropped tge ball. Is all burned and disgusting. The whole order was cold and bad. The manager was not even moved by my complain call so this means they do not even care about quality or the clients. Sad to see this place getting so bad soo quickly

Since the new manager came in they have been great the orders right and delivered hot. Before the last manager didnt know what to do always getting orders wrong from toppings to sending a tossed salad when ceasar was ordered. But the last 3 times the new manager has been doing great even if its longer than 30 min they help out.

Called in for a pizza and spoke with Westley. If I recall, he was the manager working that day. Previously, I had ordered, and my pizza wasn’t as great as it would normally be, so I informed him of that, and he said he would personally make my pizza. It was so perfect that I’m taking my time to write this review. Domino’s needs more people like him working in their stores.

I just Ordered a pepperoni pizza from your branch and after a 30ish minutes of “quality checking” it had no pepperoni on it ??? Although the burnt black bacon was a great touch. It allowed the soggy crust and sprinkling of cheese to shine through. I tried to correct it on the APP and on the customer support line bot terminated in a dead end but this seems to be the standard of domino’s these day’s ? Or should we start calling it Dead-o’s ? Why shine above the rest when it’s easier to just sink to their low level of customer service and quality?

This dominoes is the absolute worst. They have no customer service they canceled last order without doing a refund . Today I ordered two pizza and a soda one for my coworker and one for myself. We were told that we would receive our items within 25 minutes 2 1/2 hours later the driver shows up and give me the total for the two pizzas and this Contact the store because one pizza I didn’t know longer need as they took 2 1/2 hours instead of reaching out to the store or taking payment for what I wanted. The gentleman threw the food back in his trunk and drove off. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is no way to treat customers and I will make sure anybody ever asked me dominoes is the last place I’ve ever recommend this is absurd. I don’t see how you guys maintain any kind of customers if this is how you treat people this is disgusting behavior.

So, I’ve been using this location for years, and can’t find any fault with its products. on the rare occasion my order is incorrect they are quite fastcto remedy the situation. Bear in mind, this is a Dominoes…not a Michelin star restaurant.
