I order a combo platter with cheese sticks, poppers, and onion rings. The onion rings were burnt to a crisp. Not a little over done but black. I couldn’t eat them. The rest of the platter was ok but was very greasy. I don’t mind paying more for food if it’s good but not burnt. This platter is expensive, l expected better food. Riverbend has always been my favorite restaurant, but not anymore. Hope the food improves so I can come back.

Took my mother there for mother’s day lunch. My bill was $52. I left a cash tip on the table and used a debit card to pay the check. The next morning when checking my checking account, I was charged over $75.76. I called them now twice and they won’t call me back or do anything to fix the fact that one of there employees added a hefty tip to my bill.

All had different food and thought it was delicious. Friendly staff. Fair pricing. Nice atmosphere. Parking is scarce for that neighborhood. No area to sit/stand when waiting to for open seating. Waiting to pay can also cause a standing backup. People are noticing how great their food is so it’s time to build on and hire away!

Was 1st visit since they reopened. I just ordered a pizza for pickup. And I was amazed how great the pizza was! Best pizza I ever had. Was the meat lovers, and was loaded with Italian sausage, beef, Candian Bacon, pepperoni, cheese. And best of all, no grease. All the meat was high quality. When I walked into the bar where we were playing pool league, 4 more people saw my pizza and ordered their own. I had plenty of pizza left and brought it home and we warmed it in oven. It was still as good as when I got it. I haven’t been in again yet, but will give their steaks a try and update. Staff was pleasant, and the aroma will stimulate your appetite while deciding what to order. A great improvement over the old Riverbend.

Had to wait an hour for our food when we ordered before the dinner rush. People came in 15 minutes after us ordered had there foid and paid while we were waiting for our food. That happened with 4 tables. Time we got our food my steak was kind of cold
