Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The woman over the intercom was verbally rude, when I got to the window rolled her eyes and spoke with another employee and degraded me loud and clear. All I did was change my ice tea to a matcha latte while still parked at the intercom???? Not even at the window????? A terrible value. The breakfast sandwich was soggy. The everything bagel bites were sweet and small. The potatoes were soggy, mushy and i got seven little tots for almost three bucks. Spend the same and get more elsewhere.

So Saturday I went and got two toasted bagels w/ cream cheese…. That’s it plain and simple order. Well my bagel wasn’t toasted and I looked at my receipt to make sure I said it and it was right. It wasn’t busy at all to where a mistake like this can happen either. Most would probably give them 1-star but the people at the counter were nice and got it right.

Customer service at this location was exceptional. I came here s quick 3 am M coffee and early breakfast run, the first place I don’t to was awful. They literally had no ingredients it products and we’re pretty rude for 24hr facility to be quite frank. So then I went to this other place (this one in the review) , and even though they had limited ingredients, they handled my difficult and complex order with the utmost compassion and care in order to ensure it was perfection.. i had a pleasant experience compared to the last 24 hour one I went to nearby. They were absolutely rude and we’re barely listening to what I was saying. I highly recommend this dunkin donuts for a late night run! They usually have most products in stock too surprisingly I like this dunkin, pleasant workers , efficient service, and exemplary customer service for a late hour run. If you’re in that area ,yes I definitely recommend! Enjoy
