So I’ve had this deep dish pizza before, and this is the FIRST time I’ve got the pizza burnt and dry, manager answer? “That’s how it is, I’ll bring you a side of the onion” not only a way to ruin the best pizza, the worst customer service ever. Such a waste of $35.

Really good pizza! My wife and I just went there on the roll of the dice, and glad we did. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because, in my opinion, the cheesy garlic bread could have used a bit more garlic. Otherwise it was great. Thank you! Highly recommended.

This is the best Giordanos store. Go out of your way to order here. They follow instructions, pizza is delivered on time, staff is competent and friendly. Of course, the product is Giordanos so it’s best in class.

Awesome spot for getting the world famous Giordano’s deep dish pizza in a convenient avoid the crowds way. If you are a fist timer you must definitely visit their original downtown location. But if you just want the pizza quick better not go to the downtown location. Rather go to the limited locations and they have a few tables but mostly take away. The only reason I have this location 4 stars is that we had to initially sit at a table at arm’s length from the restroom door (they reseated us upon request later when a better table was made available). They probably shouldn’t have a table there at all. But the service and food are great! The guy at the counter who doubles as a server does an awesome job!
