The atmosphere is the best; I had outside seating. The only thing I liked on my dinner plate was the seared raw Ahi though; the potatoes & veggies had a funny texture and didn’t taste so great, although the presentation was nice.

The Sunset Grill in Pewaukee is a great place to grab a bite. The price of their daily special was more than reasonable, drinks were made in good taste, and our server, Sofia, was fantastic when we went. The location is right off the water with outdoor dining or indoors with plenty of windows, making for a gorgeous evening retreat. Notably, the parking was extremely limited, and even at an odd hour on a weekday, the place was packed. Other than being busy and crowded, the experience was wonderful. I’d recommend giving it a try!

We went on Father’s Day, and obviously, we already knew it was going to be super busy. We checked in and waited… and waited… and waited. We were supposed to have a table after 30 mins. Went to go check in at 45 minutes, and the hostess said she texted us, but we never got anything. Anyways, we were sat, and the food took just as long. Overall, the food was great. I just will not be going on a holiday again. As all places, not enough staff and waiting. You guys did a great job, though. The smiles and the hard work were definitely noticed.

The Sunset Grill is a great place to eat… Too many choices from which to choose. The We tried three appetizers – Cheese Curds, Shrimp, and Reuben rolls. All were amazing. I ordered the Ahi Tuna Salad… the Jalapenos on it were kicking… the tuna was just kissed on the grill – cooked perfectly. Wife ordered Shrimp Wraps. They were delicious – had a Mango Habanero sauce (ask for extra) she loved it otherwise. Another at our table ordered a taco salad without the shell… it was ok according to her. The last of us ordered the wings for dinner… they were gone in a flash. Service was quick and very courteous. We never had to wait on anything! The atmosphere is great indoors or out. Will absolutely go back next time we’re in town…

Nothing wrong with the food, but it wasn’t stellar. The location is great with a beautiful view of the lake. Live music makes for great atmosphere. The prices are a good value. This is an awesome place to stop on the way back to Madison from a Brewers game.

On a busy Friday night our family of six had a very nice dinner. The fish and potato pancakes for delicious. We had the ahi tuna steak and it was perfect. Our server Nora was absolutely outstanding! My wife loved her panini sandwich and sweet potato fries.

Went here last Saturday I ordered a burger with fried egg on it and the egg was hard boiled when I got it instead of taking my plate back she just brought me an egg on a plate. My Step mother ordered a burrito with beef and got chicken. My Dad and my wife both ordered a jack Daniel’s BBQ burger and my had basically no sauce at and my Dad had none. Waitress was almost non existent. After we were done eating took almost 20 minutes to get the check. Besides a nice view of the lake was a horrible experience.
