One of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve been to in Colorado. The food doesn’t compare to any other Mexican Restaurant. It’s a must try! I love their Enchiladas, Carne Azada (it’s the best), Ceviche, Pollo Culichi & there Original Margaritas. The customer service is always on point.

Overall, the food and service are above average. The manager seems to always keep an eye on things to make sure customers are being taken care of. Not a bad place to eat overall. Wait staff can be somewhat inconsistent in the way they approach or treat customers. It would be much better if they paid closer attention to all customers regardless if a customer is assigned to them or not. That’s clearly not a standard operating procedure.

This was a mediocre dinner, at best. There were four adults and one baby at our table. They brought two plates, then the next two took about five more minutes to come – then we waited another 10 minutes for the fifth entree to be delivered. By the time my mom had her food, mine was cold. Glasses sat empty on the table for 20 minutes only to be refilled after we had to ask repeatedly. Our server seemed a little frazzled so we tried to be compassionate but we never once saw a manager on the floor trying to help her or check on guests. Some sort of compensation should have been offered for us having to wait so long for all the food to be delivered and drinks to be refilled – that might have saved the experience enough for us to consider returning. I spent many years in the service industry so I really try to give the benefit of the doubt – but management really needed to be supporting their staff and checking on guests. None of the entrees were very good – the taquitos on the kids menu were terrible: chewy & tough without any flavor. There were huge puddles around the toilets in the ladies room – both dangerous and gross. We won’t be returning.

It was 3.5 stars. Burrito was good but not blow your socks and shoes off good. Wifey had black bean soup that she said was good. Jenny the server was very nice and knowledgeable. Needs better salsa with the chips. The soup bowl was also very old and dirty looking. They do have a gluten free menu Overall, standard Mexican food that’s good.

My beef in my burrito was not cooked all the way. I didn’t get food poisoning though. They dealt with it really well though. They didn’t change us for the meal, offered us dessert and apologized profusely. We still tipped out waiter 20 % of what our meal would have cost, but we won’t be returning.

When it comes to 3 Margaritas it really depends on which of the 3 bothers owns or started it. Then it depends on who they put into the place to run it. This location is one the best. It is also now owned by the son of the oldest brother who started the 3 Margaritas. And it shows. The pride of ownership and keeping the quality and food fresh. Being an owner that shows up and greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome. An owner that personally checks every table to make sure customers are taken care of. The other original brothers should go to this nephew and take a refresher course. Or call big brother and have him come back to town and straighten things out in the other locations.

Great atmosphere and super friendly staff! Manuel is a great guy! I visited w my service dog, Kodi, and Manuel came over to ask how I trained him so well. We chatted about his dog. It was refreshing to go to a restaurant with my service dog and be welcomed, instead of looked down upon! I will absolutely be back when we visit Colorado I the future.

They used to have great people and really went out of their way. This seemed to have changed with new management. Food is good and Margaritas are still good, but we’ve been disappointed with the new management. We went every Sunday for over 18years, but now they close so early we cant get there – feels like they are trying to save every dime.

If your goal is to have terrible service, then go for it. We saw our server maybe 4 times and 2 of those times were to bring the food out. Customers should never have to go to the bar to order drinks and pay out. It wasn’t even that busy. Food was Taco Bell level at best.

I don’t usually do this but for what it’s worth the food was uncooked small portioned just horrible and our waitress was untrained, just awful. She keeps dismissing us every time she came to our table. It was ridiculously loud With the mariachi band I couldn’t even carry a conversation with my company. The Service was poor quality, I’m never coming back.
