I ordered Hot Chicken Sandwich with crinkle cut fries. The sandwich was just a piece of chicken there was no coleslaw or pickles and they it did not come with crinkle fries.

Ordered via Uber eats, and I requested no blue cheese sauce and paid EXTRA for regular ranch. Didn’t get the ranch and got four cups of blue cheese instead, and I didn’t know until I found a chunk of it in the cup. And I have an allergy to blue cheese so I had a reaction. Plus, I picked hot chicken and did not get that. The size of the two pieces of chicken was not worth 14.99. Will not be ordering from here again.

First of all, I ordered via Uber from the Northridge location and was unable to find it anywhere online. The address on all the delivery sites will take you to Claim Jumper. Maybe the actual location is in the mall…Weird.

Food is not good. You get the mild which says no heat yet it tastes very hot. My kids couldn’t eat their food. Very expensive chicken is dry sandwichs are simply to big to come out juicy. Large piece of chicken means long cook time = Long wait time. For spending over 100$ this is not worth it at ALL GARBAGE JUST LIKE THE BBQ SPOT THAT WAS OVERPRICED JUNK JUST LIKE THIS ONE.

First off let me start off by saying I called the restaurant before hand I asked the worker to give me her honest opinion if the food was good or not because this ain’t cheap and she gave me closure and said it was good… I hope both sides of her pillow are warm tonight I got the two sliders with fries and when I tell you the chicken was small… it was comparable to a dwarfs pinky and had as much flavor as chicken boiled in water with no seasoning the bread it self was as big as a Snapple cap and don’t get me started on the fries they were over fried, no flavor and burnt as hell and there quote on quote “lucky sauce” was trash the only lucky thing here is if they don’t get shut down. I wouldn’t feed this to my dying grandmother I don’t even think a homeless person begging on the corner would eat it. Just awful and the chicken was dryer then a blonde texter, I wouldn’t wish this to be a prisoners last meal but the one good thing was the sprite so if you like sprite there you go, overall “NEVER ORDER HERE”

Over 40 minutes of waiting for my food. Only to overhear that my food was done about 15 minutes ago and was sitting on the line because there was no receipt on the order. I’ll be willing to give them another shot but it’s not gonna be anytime soon.

I would give it a 0 out of 5 if i can, literally no flavor and if it did it was salty ! I ordered boneless hot wings and tasted like shrimp plus a chicken sandwich which was salty and had no flavor. Better luck next time

Recommend this place is very good can be a little pricey but worth it the portions are big sizes. Chicken tenders with extra hot & the mac n cheese 10/10 ! Don’t forget the fries !
