I love jersey mikes as a franchise – great sandwiches. But, this particular location had the worst service I have ever encountered at a jersey mikes. The workers were all clueless except for one girl who was having to work five times as hard to make up for her coworkers. We waited 30 minutes for our sandwiches and still didn’t even get what we wanted because the hot subs were an additional fifteen minute wait because the boy on the grill was so slow. And they ran out of bread.

This is the worst place with the worst system I have ever encountered!! I had to take a picture to share on FB. The kids and I mean kids working were standing around doing nothing, even joking and dancing. They were losing so much business!! Absolutely awful. The manager, Joselyn had no clue

I waited 40 min. for steak & cheese sub. The kicker is I was the only customer who ordered a hot sub. I watched the boys scrape the grill for 10 min. before starting my sandwich. Another 15 min. Not acceptable. Will not be back. I asked for provolone cheese & got american. Not impressed with sandwich when I finally got it. They suck.

2:30 PM 7/29/23 – Despite 10 employees behind the counter, stood in a line behind 4 customers and waited 25 minutes (six minute ticket time). Staff was beyond slow and didn’t want to be there. Manager was sitting at one of the only 3 tables in the dining area and actually encouraging employees to fight over who gets to take the trash out because they all volunteered because they didn’t want to be there. Totally unacceptable management. The manager even asked another employee to get someone’s paycheck because they couldn’t be bothered. This is likely why half the reviews at this location are 1 star.

I walked in through their handicap entrance and there were boxes blocking the hallway. One of the boxes had a butcher knife stabbed into which I thought was a bit unsafe. I ordered my food and they were having issues with the register. I had to put my card in twice and they couldn’t give me a receipt. A few days later I checked my bank statement and I was in fact charged twice. I called the store spoke with their manager Leann and she just simply said there is nothing they could do. Another “manager” came on the phone and said give it a few more days and it may correct itself. They said that they have had this happen to a few customers. A few days later I called they said I need to come in for the refund , I drove 20 minutes only to be told they can’t do anything. Really you double charge and there is nothing they can do and they can’t give me a name or number to upper management. Very untrained staff.

I’ve had my fair share of steak & cheese grinders over the years. Let me tell you, this place knows how to make a good grinder. I was overwhelmed by it & just had to call them & let them know they’re doing an awesome job, specifically Juan, the one who made my grinder. Not sure why it has so many negative reviews but this was my first time here & won’t be my last for a solid grinder

This is the third time they have given me someone else’s sandwich for my mobile order. Can’t stand oil and vinegar and it’s extremely disappointing after waiting fifteen past the pickup time and getting a gross sandwich sopped in liquid. The food is always great when the orders right which makes me disappointed:( the pickup time is always painfully long aswell. Need a bigger counter or to take less orders

My husband just went in to pickup our online order and had the absolute worse experience. Employees were rude and wouldn’t even let my husband get the kind of chips he wanted. On the app it just says chips and drink so we thought we could pick the chips we wanted. Also it says pickup ASAP didn’t say a time and the food took almost an hour. This establishment needs to do better the online ordering is ridiculous.

Stopped in here this week to pick up some lunch and I just had to come on here to leave a review. It was super busy when I went in but the staff moved quickly and efficiently to get everybody’s orders! The staff there was super friendly and it was very clean which was great to see because I’ve gone to the Torrington Jersey Mikes and ew. My sandwich was absolutely delicious and I will most certainly be bringing my business back to the Enfield location. Great job to everybody there and thanks so much again!

Where’s the owner !!!!!????? This place has gone DOWNHILL FAST absolutely disappointing. We were so excited when we heard it was opening here. We came back here from Gastonia NC Where they had the BEST EVER JERSEY MIKES. This place has screwed up our orders just about everytime we order. Mostly on line. Nothing is ever ready NO ONE KNOWS WHATBOS GOING ON And of course no one seems to care So so so disappointed. We stopped going for a couple months gave it a try tonight BOG MISTAKE said our order would be ready at 6:01. 6:19 still not ready. HORRIBLE
