This is the second quarter pounder we have received that was absolutely raw. Bright pink through the entire patty and not edible. With the prices they charge now, please at least make sure the food is properly cooked.

Ordered food, order made wrong, took back and watched them remake it which was scrape the onions off and squirt more ketchup. Which I should have said no thanks but it’s McDonald’s and I hate to be a complainer. Fries cold. Then as I’m eating my food tearing pieces because still tasted onions there was a freaking hair in my burger. Literally want to puke. This is the worst location. Won’t be back! Gross

I am very frustrated with this location. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a simple McFlurry. I had disabled infants in my car after their pediatric appointment. So I couldn’t go inside. They had me pull forward to the second window to wait for my McFlurry. And then they forgot about me. I tried to call the number on my receipt to remind them I was there, and I called five times but no one answered. I finally had to roll my window down and shout for the car behind me to get their attention. A worker came and handed me the McFlurry and the second window and said sorry, and as I was explaining to him why I couldn’t go inside and that it was not okay, he closed the window on me. That is just rude, frustrating, and so upsetting that somebody would treat another human being that way and with such disrespect.

Kids should not be in charge of kids. Place was filthy could not find a clean table. Was at counter waiting to put order in. “Manager” saw us so did multiple employees no one came. They were not doing anything either so not as if they were busy. Finally placed order, received food. What a waste of good money! Our food was cold and my burger had been sitting there a while. For the price of food here better off getting a fresh burger somewhere else. Will not be back to this location. Too bad since it is in neighborhood.

I came through the drive thru a few days ago. I ordered 2 Oreo Frappes. After I paid, I was told to pull ahead to the second window. I looked in my rear view mirror after pulling ahead. Your employee gave one of my drinks to the customer behind me. I was watching in the rear view mirror. He took the drink back from the customer and then came to my window. He tried to give me the drink the lady had handled. I refused!! Absolutely disgusting!! Wow.

Unreal how slow it is. I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes for 2 drinks. Didn’t even get food… 15 minutes to fill 2 cups. There’s not a huge line. It’s outrageous. Better to drive down the street than wait here. I’ve never not waited less than 15 minutes for anything.

You have no actual curbside parking spots. I went into ask them where the curbside orders go and she pointed to the sign that said parking for customers waiting for drive-through orders only… That’s not curbside it’s drive-thru.

Worst experience ever. Had my meal sitting on the counter forever because the kid behind the counter didn’t see our table number from the kitchen. Since we had trouble with the kiosk, When it came time to buy my grandchildren ice cream we went to the counter and couldn’t find any one to help.

Workers decided they didn’t want to work the full shift today waited at the-drive thru after a messed up order to try and get it resolved and they ignored the drive thru even though there’s still 45 minutes until closing.

MASSIVE play structure, and more seating for the kids area than I’ve seen at any other location we’ve been to. Staff are super busy but always cool, calm and ready to help. Really enjoyed our visit today and look forward to going back.
