100/10. Every single time I go! I could not find a tea I LOVED for awhile… Mallorie (Knox Owner) was always persistent there was something there I’d end up liking and continued suggesting new options to try and one day we found it. Since then, I have 5 or 6 go-to-teas every time I go. I struggle with protein shakes if they are “gritty” but these are anything but that. Delicious every single time and good for you? Sign me up! Customer service? Always a 10/10. Every time I go, someone is always willing to help and answer questions if need be. Mal runs a heck of a business! We are lucky to have Knox in Knoxville!

I’ve been to many nutrition shops and this is by far my favorite! I live out of state, but every time I’m in town I HAVE to stop! The employees and owner is so nice and welcoming. They will help you pick the right drink and shake that meets your needs/goals! The flavors are so yummy and the drinks always look so vibrant! 10/10!

Definitely coming back, there protein balls are amazing. The drinks are fantastic. The perfect place to feel like a cheat day with out actually cheating. If your thinking about going do it.
