Went for the first time on Monday, May 15,2023 around 12:15pm. First impressions was very clean dining area and restrooms. Clearly marked menu signs and friendly staff. Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak and it was delivered to me in a timely manner. Sandwich and the fries were hot and fresh. They weren’t extremely busy at the time but they did however keep the dine in orders and carry out orders moving right along. Witnessed a couple different staff members make dining room checks on several occasions. Overall I enjoyed my experience. I’m a fan for sure.

However, there is barely ANY space to dine in, due to how small this location is. It also took quite a while for our orders to be ready. Therefore, I’d say that this location is best suited for carry-out / To-Go.

This was the first time I had ever eaten at a Charleys. I got boneless wings, fries and strawberry lemonade. The food and natural lemonade with actual strawberry were really good. I just think the portions were a little small for the price. However, the young man who served us was wonderful! I didn’t get his name, but he was tall with a slimmer build and had dreads. He was nice, efficient and a real pleasure.

I must be honest about my experience at Charley’s Cheesesteak and Wings—it was a huge letdown. First and foremost, the wings tasted as if they had been plucked straight from the freezer aisle. It was truly disappointing. Moreover, the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. A little extra effort in cleaning wouldn’t hurt. And don’t even get me started on the agonizingly long wait times! I felt like I aged five years just standing there. On a positive note, Megan, our server, was a ray of sunshine with her genuinely friendly demeanor. However, despite Megan’s positive presence, I won’t be returning to the restaurant anytime soon. The wings were a disappointment, cleanliness was lacking, and the wait times were simply unbearable.
