This establishment is kinda so so on service, last time I was here we ordered our food, was informed that it would be out shortly. We waited patiently for about 30 minutes, we eventually just left, we never received our food. We went somewhere else to eat. I know what it’s like to work in fast food establishments, I don’t really know what the problem was on this day, they could have been short staffed, or newly training a new hire, or something entirely different. The staff that was coming and going was friendly, great attitude and all but as far as the food quality and the service we don’t have any answers. We never got our food or drinks. After 30 minutes we left and went elsewhere.

Was told it would be a 30 minute wait for food after we ordered. Fries were cold as was the sandwiches. We added the tip to the card but when we got the receipt someone added $4.75 to our bill so the server said they would fix it. Don’t plan on returning to this Sonic ever again.

Ordered two foot long coneys and a large chili cheese tots. Got home and have one foot long coney, one regular chili cheese dog, a large chili cheese tots, and a chili cheese french fries. Fries are mashed in with tots. Totally screwed up order but not getting in the car and driving back there. Simple solution: won’t patronize again.
