Placed a lunch pickup order before noon and app said it would be ready at 12:18. Most of the time the estimated time is correct, sometimes they are just finishing up when I get there. Not a problem. I got there around 12:25, However when I came into pick up the order today they hadn’t even started it!! Only one guy was working the lunch rush and the line and online orders were piling up. This place needs better management otherwise they won’t last long.

Walked in with a friend. Spent around 40$ on food to be told they dont have water cups or any water for their customers. It’s ridiculous that I would have to pay 6$ + tax just to have water when Ive been at this location dozens of times before. After requesting to speak to the so called manager on shift she was extreme rude. Definitely not the way to run a business. As an owner of multiple restaurants and bars in the city I can confidently say I will definitely make sure to not recommend guac shop to anyone. The female manager on shift said they dont have filtered water system in place and proceeded to say they only have tap water but no cups to give us water so we’d have to buy water. Its a violation of policy to not serve customers water by New York State Law. I will be reporting this location to the state board.

Normally we love this place! My brother just walked in there and they said they’re closing early and could not serve him due to being out of everything. He could clearly see they had enough to serve him food, atleast a bowl. I get it’s $5 or whatever deal today so they could be out of things but if he could clearly see they have enough to serve him why wouldn’t they? especially after he said that to them. So not only did he miss out on the deal but had a not so good experience for no reason.

I’m not one for spicy food, so I was unsure about this place. Luckily, I hit it at a lull. The counter guy was very helpful and the chicken quesadilla was delicious. I also got guacamole & chips. Guac had more onions than I like, but it was good. The chips were great. I will go again.

At Guac Shop not only the food is fresh and delicious, the staff is very nice and very professional. I have been going there since their opening and never had a bad experience. The VERY 1st time I went I was totally impressed! The staff is incredible! Joe and David have helped me many times and each time my order was terrific! They are always nice, never an attitude.
