Food wasn’t delivered, they couldn’t find me they claimed. I was seated on the patio on a warm evening because the dining room was dirty and not very busy. It was hard to find a clean patio table as well with only one other patio table occupied. Plastic utensils are ok for carryout, but not dine-in. That’s just tacky and seems to be a common occurrence at McAlister’s everywhere. I don’t know why, but please do better. Then I had a piece of blue cheese in my salad that looked like it had been stepped on..gross!

I catered McAllister’s baked potato bar for my graduation party. I ordered about 40 potatoes for 1:00-1:30 pm and our delivery guy arrived at approx 1:03pm!! He came in and set everything up and gave us tips on how to keep the food warm and laid out the toppings. Silverware packs and plates were provided. I could NOT have been happier with this service and recommend catering to everyone with an event coming up. The Baked Potato bar was a HIT at my party! Thank you.

Definitely do not recommend…this was my sons “main course” it was supposed to be cheesy chicken and broccoli….no chicken and the broccoli and cheese were hard and looked old….I took it back and the manager tried to justify it by telling me “well it just looks like that because the cheese is melted on top” didnt day anything about the missing chicken…my daughter ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and it wasnt even toasted…it was half warmed bread with a little bit if cheese in the middle….definitely not impressed….I saw kitchen staff with trash bags tied around their neck so that makes me question if they ran out of aprons….no one seemed happy to be working there and customer service was extremely poor. We wont be returning to this location and we only live 5 min away.
