Bought a meal. paid $12 for a bun that had white flour on the bottom.. next time, I’ll go to Applebee’s and pay $9 for a burger.. as a food prep there. You couldn’t see the bun was bad!!

Downloaded the app. Busy day so decided to order for our family of 5. I placed our order, they charged our card then shows up unable to place order. Go to Arby’s because the 50.00 order came out of our bank. Showed the staff and manager the charges and the order we placed. It did not go through on there end. Okay, I understand that but what are we suppose to do with no food and a 50.00 charge. Managers response… I have nothing to do with the app, ok then. I did request in writing we did not receive any food yet we were charged. Now we have to call corporate office. Very disgusted.

Food is fresh and hot! Premium meats ! Very tastieeeee! Disliked the Burgers. Sliders and the Brisket sandwich are the best when made fresh and correctly! They have orange, mint and cocoa shakes, gyros, curly fries which are the best when fresh!
