I scheduled a pizza for pick up at 515. I paid through the drive thru at 509. They said it would be 5 minutes and they would bring it out to me. I went in at 525. Got my pizza. It was wrong. The pizza comes with double pepperoni and I paid for extra on top of that. I got only the regular amount (pic below). I brought it up with the manager. He let me keep that one and made me another. I was irritated because I scheduled it for pick up so I could hurry up and get home

Everything was great. The service was good and the girl who waited on me was so sweet! Hard workers for sure! I hope management pays them well! I came in on August 4th at nighttime. While I was waiting, she was sweeping. I would be proud of my employee continuing to keep busy instead of standing there into space. I was on my way to Myrtle Beach but will try to stop there again if we are in the area.

“We misplaced your order”. This location is notoriously slow. My most recent visit, they totally dropped the ball with my online order. They didn’t say they gave somebody else my order, but that they misplaced it! Apparently they couldn’t find it, so I was told to pull to the parking lot and wait for my order to be made again. It probably got grabbed up to feed the employees, who knows. Manager brings my food out to my car, and tries to give me a red business card with something written on it for my NEXT visit, Uhhhmm NO! She did not offer anything for my current visit and their screwup. When you don’t do anything to make the customer happy during their current situation, don’t plan on there being a next visit anytime soon!

I ordered Togo. Went to pick up and had 2 employees cleaning. They clearly seen me walk in as there are bells on the door. I stood there long enough to start walking in circles. I then asked them both if they’d help me. They both looked at me and went right back to what they were doing without saying a word. I then had to raise my voice to actually get an employee to get my order, so, I could pay. The sauce ramekins have been downgraded so much that it’s pointless to even pay .50 Cents for it. I would much rather spend my money at ANY pizza establishment but this garbage pizza hut.
