Been to a few taco Bells around Houston and this is one of the bad ones. After standing at the counter for a few mins, manager rudely tried to wave me over to the kiosks until I told her I had a pickup. The cup they gave me was split open and spilled soda all over my arm. The order was also completely wrong. 0/5 go to another location.

Waited in line over 30 minutes during lunch time. Attempted to go inside to order take out and was instructed to use the robot ordering kiosk. Poor customer service, it was elderly customers walking out because of this. This store really needs the owner or district manager to sit in. The line was wrapped around the building and it was cars driving off. I will be driving down the street to the other location from now on. 30 minutes is extremely to long for fast food.

This is hands down the best taco bell in this area. They are very attentive… and I like that you order on the kiosk I stead of rushing to order at the counter. I really don’t like that they don’t have the sauces out… bc they don’t give much when you ask… I love alot of fire sauce. They had the nacho fries, and they had new loaded ones… and mannnnn….. those were so freaking amazing!!! I could’ve eaten 3 more. But I had my nachos and taco to eat too.

Bad customer service. Older Hispanic worker yelled at me because he couldn’t hear through the drive thru. He needs to get his ears checked and if he doesn’t like his job seriously needs to look for another one. Everyone else is okay except him, will not be coming back. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

I have been ordering on Uber eats a few times The orders are always wrong. I am missing my nacho fires,cinnamon twists and the coffee. I received a watered down coffee instead of the cinnamon delight coffee. My burritos only had beans and a little meat at the bottom of the five layered burritos. My tacos was sloggy and had mostly veggies on them and my only experience was bad. I tried requesting a refund with pictures of proof but uber eats refused so I am coming on here for a solution.

I love a good crunchy taco or stuffed grilled burrito from Taco Bell. Always quick service and friendly staff members that take time to ask how you are. They have a light menu called “fresh” an interesting variety of fruity drinks and all your favorite fast food TexMex choices from nachos and soft or crunchy tacos. They have party packs of tacos too! I tried the nacho fries. Yum!
