Came through the DT and got a Beef and Cheddar Classic Combo with a Large Mellow Yellow no ice and a Chicken Bacon Swiss Combo with a Large Dr Pepper both with Cheddar Poppers. We get to the window and the girl gives us a Medium Mellow Yellow with ice, we tell her it was supposed to be a Large with No Ice, she rolled her eyes and said “k” and made a Large with Ice and handed us our food and card with no receipt. I don’t ever complain about the ice usually but the service was just so poor it just didn’t sit well. Don’t want to be a Karen, just want to point out the poor quality service so someone else doesn’t receive it.

I’m 61 and got my first ever case of food poisoning from a roast beef sandwich purchased at this location on 7/29. While it’s nice to know that I’m not too old to experience new things, this is definitely not one I’d ever want to experience again….it was violent 🙁

I thought Calera getting an Arby’s would mean not having to drive an extra 10 miles to the next closest one. However what you order in the drive thru is only loosely related to what is wrung up and hardly ever matches what ends up in the bag.

Ordered roast beef sandwich meals to go and after waiting several minutes I was informed they were out of beef. The shift manager, Anthony refunded my money and told me they would have more beef ready in an hour. I returned a little over an hour later and Anthony filled my order and gave it to me at no charge. Good customer service! Thank you sir!

I walked in from the station next door, filling up my RV. No greeting, I ordered, she said it will be 20 something, I said did you get my cheese sticks? No, did you get my pies? No, ok now It’s 30 something. I watched the fryer guy reach in the freezer, pull out 2 different bags and put his ungloved hands in the bag and throw the food in the fryer. The ungloved person making sandwiches… ungloved… wiped his nose, held buns, picked up tomatoes, and other fixings…. Ggrossssss!
