I’d give them 0 stars if I could for their service, or more exactly, their lack of it. We were there Saturday and they were taking orders in the drive through one at a time from ordering, to paying, to getting your food, meaning they didn’t take the next car in line’s order until they had completely served the car before you. It took us 30 minutes to get 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits and 3 iced coffees. Unacceptable.

Went through the drive thru. Sat there about 10 minutes. There was a car in the other bay before me that was waiting as well. They pulled up after no one responded to her. A truck was behind her. I pulled around shortly after her. A guy was standing at the sink but no one else could be seen. I knocked on the window of the 2 window and finally one of the girls came to the window. She said she was on her 30 minute lunch and they were short staffed. There were 2 girls sitting in the lobby eating lunch while the 1 guy was in the kitchen playing on his phone. They were the only 3 people “working” but no one was actually taking any orders or doing anything that actually pertained to working at McDonald’s. It was disgusting. When I worked there when I was younger that kind of thing didn’t happen.

Lousy service. Ordered curbside and been waiting more than 35 mins. Went inside because sign out front says lobby open and since it was taking so long and told employee inside that I ordered online and its been 30 mins that I wasn’t sure if I needed to come inside to pick it up. The service was fast and friendly, but they put my order in a bag when I said I was going to eat in the restaurant. Guess they were giving me a hint? The tenders were average at best, they need to update the sauce choices. Nugget sauces are just outdated and added nothing.

Slow slow slow… There were at least 10 people in the kitchen yet the 2 orders took at least 15 mins. Plus they fix the drinks when the orders taken and then let them sit there in the heat lamp bin. I asked for another drink and it wasnt a problem though. Its a bunch of teens and they are nice and helpful but the managment needs to train them.
