I’ve been going to Estes for a few years, and there have been some issues from time to time, but nothing like my most recent misadventure this past weekend. I don’t like leaving nasty reviews, but this meal was a disaster from top to bottom. I ordered delivery thru Doordash, as the previous time I had called the restaurant directly and been told quite rudely they don’t deliver. The pizza took forever to prep (Doordash guy was fast and professional). When the food arrived, it was immediately apparent that someone at Estes on Friday, October 14th at 7pm does not particularly care about doing the bare minimum. The garlic knots we ordered were completely scorched, hard as rocks and they smelled awful. The pizza was missing at least half of its cheese and just overall looked like a hot mess. The fried ravioli was alright, but not enough to save a $50 dollar meal. I won’t be going back here for quite a while, as there are numerous pizza joints in this city who actually put a little effort into making their food. I’m pretty disappointed that there was no effort at quality control whatsoever.

I absolutely loved the food. I was staying at a hotel nearby and had a craving for pizza and wings. The pizzas were huge,the wings and pizza were delicious! I got the 18′ sized pizza, 1 cheese 1 pepperoni + 3 orders of wings for $78. I was in a food coma afterwards. If I ever visit Salt Lake City again, definitely will be returning to this establishment!

Not the best you can get in SLC for sure. The crust was bland and toppings were ok. The garlic knots were very overpowered with FRESH garlic and oil just tossed on top.

Hip little pizzeria downtown. The walk from the office is worth the delicious slices. I like the daily lunch special that offers new flavors and tastes. The firecracker pizza was great. Slices are thin crust but incredible. There are plenty of vegan options and when I want a whole pizza while I am downtown this is my go to place. It does get busy for those lunch day specials so plan accordingly.

I recently ordered from them and had heard good things about the food so I did the delivery the price and service was outstanding for the area but that’s the only thing that saved them from any lower stars the sauce was so bland and had no taste just tomato so ver lack of spice the Stromboli I ordered was barely any meat or anything it was mainly completely cheese and dough was though notfully I would of like to see more of the toppings I chose in there and about half the cheese but the fried zucchini was decently cooked but again barely and spice had to add my own Parmesan to them for good taste the ranch was very water down not a good consistency to it. All in all for the cost of all my food I would say food wise thise is over priced for the quality and consistency of the food and food wise this would be a one star review but the saving grace to this review would be the server Larissa who took my order she is knowledgeable about the menu and caring about what people can or can not eat and helps steak you on the best direction for what you would be looking for. She is the only reason I will put this as a three star review out of 5

I would not recommend and I won’t be going back. Placed an $80 order 2 hours in advance, but when we went to pickup we had to wait an additional 30 minutes when they weren’t even busy. I am pretty sure they forgot part of our order and instead of letting us know, they said it would only take a few minutes when it took 30 minutes. When I got home, the food was no longer hot. Pizza was average.
