I had the pleasure of experiencing culinary artistry at this restaurant. The ambiance was intimate, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. The menu was a journey through flavors and textures, with each dish telling a story of innovation and passion. The chef’s dedication to using locally sourced ingredients was evident in the freshness of the dishes. Every aspect of the evening, from the appetizers to the desserts, was executed with precision and care.

This restaurant is completely run and staffed by students at CSN’s culinary and hospitality departments. Food is always good and you can’t beat the prices. Fun to help the students learn and refine their skills.

I was with a griuo of ten friends . It is a fun place to go. This is my third visit. It was French cuisine day. The desserts were excellent. There was a couple very minor problems with the food, not even worth mentioning. We are planning our next years visit!

You can enjoy 3-course meal for $10! (Appetizer-entree-dessert) Surprisingly, this price includes drinks and there is no tax. You must try! They are open only during semester. Hurry up! This semester is just around the corner.

You should have a link to make a reservation instead of just calling, especially when half of the time they don’t answer. Food prices is good. It’s usually a hit or miss for me, but I’m very proud of the restaurant at my college.

Today wanted to try this neat experience to see all the students before they go on to their life in the culinary field. This was truly fun watching as each patron was attended to in this full service restaurant serving high end dishes for a serious fraction of the cost. That being said Chuck really was wonderful with his suggestions and taking care of my table.

Quite an interesting place considering that it is the students of CSN that are doing all the cooking. The price of $10 for the three course meal is more than reasonable, the quality of the food is quite good.

Basically a showcase for CSN’s Culinary program. Hours are very short and only run a few weeks throughout the year. Food was unprecidented at price point. I went for French Luncheon. Had Bisque de hommard (with lotsa big chunck lobster), rack of lamb with tarragon (generous potion), and Cremé Brulèe (glaze cracked beautifully) all for $10 flat. Everything served was great. My server was a Chef emphasis student and I was her first serving experience, and was just proficient and (understandably) awkward (not bad for her first time: had menu memorized and attended in the correct order). Alot of elderly patrons. Suggest you get there early and put your name on the seating list (though this was a bit of a hassle as patrons were not seated in order and there is no place to sit down while waiting). There are no reservations accepted for parties under 5. Staff and maître d’hôtel (who appeared to be the presiding professor) were gracious. I would definitely recommend this experience to food lovers (especially those on a budget). Any gratuity goes toward a scholarship fund, and considering what a bargain this is I would encourage patrons to donate generously.

You can’t go wrong for the price. You have to be patient because the students are in training. Overall, a pleasant experience. Food is good too.
