I had a nice experience at this beautiful newly constructed Dairy Queen right off of I-5. Staff were very pleasant, helpful, and the food was accurate and hot. The layout inside is very modern with several fun details and fancy lighting. The outdoor dining is covered which is a nice detail, with some beautiful mountains in the background to look at while enjoying my DQ treat.

Got a four piece chicken strip basket that came with 2 normal sized strips and 1 tiny one. For 5.99. And there was the single ranch I was given that was a less than half filled to go cup. I waited a long while in line as the only customer so I figured that meant they’d be fresh— they were not. Everything was cold and tasted a bit old. I wish I got a refund before I drove away and went somewhere else but oh well.

Before it burnt down, it was Burger King, and they were the slowest fast food I had ever been through, or so I thought… they are inconsistent with their hours of operation and will close early, and you will get cold fries and melted ice cream… don’t waste your time or money at the Ashland Dairy Queen. If you really want D.Q. then just drive to Medford.

This is one of the worst Dairy Queen’s around. The burger wasn’t warm, the bun was dry and cold and the drive thru worker didn’t seem like she could comprehend anything. Or she just didn’t care like most fast food employees. Do better.

The incompetence is astounding. Ordered three cheeseburgers at the drive-up window because the lobby was closed at 12:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday… (after getting my kids shoes on for no reason) there was only one car in front of me but by the time I got to the window which took forever because they didn’t take my order for about 5 minutes, they could not find my order anywhere. So they had to start it from scratch. Then I waited at that window for about 8 minutes for my food. And this was not my first terrible experience there.
