This place was fantastic. Our family was in Buchanan Michigan and we were looking for a place that satisfied all of my kids requests. Half of them wanted pizza the other half wanted sandwiches or bready products. We looked online and this place stood out as a destination spot.

Very surprised by this place – at first, it seemed like a somewhat run down pizza king or something. However, we were immediately greeted by some very friendly and helpful staff. We ordered pizzas, and a salad since they were sold out of gluten free crusts. However, being out of gluten free ended up not being an issue, because the salad was one of the best I have ever had. The pizzas were top quality too, not what you expect for that low of a price, these beat most fancy sit down Italian restaurants! Then – the ice cream! The two mad scientists working the liquid nitrogen were artists at their craft, amazing to watch and the results tasted as good as they looked! Don’t miss going to this hidden gem of a place!

It was tasty! The pizza dough was a little doughier than some people may prefer, but I liked it. The barbecue sauce was delicious on the BBQ chicken pizza. I wish there had been a little bit more chicken. Pizza was done on time and ready for pickup.

First time visit on a Wednesday at 5 pm with two toddlers. They had plenty of kid food options (mini pizza, chicken nuggets, mac & cheese, grilled cheese sandwich, or PB&J) for $5 each. I upgraded for $3 more to include a drink and ice cream. The chicken on the pizza came shredded (which was unexpected) but I liked the crust and how it was cooked. My bbq chicken was a little bland overall but I still liked it. The syrup was out on the Sprite. The ice cream was delicious and fun to watch. Overall, the vibe/environment wasn’t my style but it’s perfect if you want a casual atmosphere for the kids to play while waiting for food and after eating. It was quite loud and there was a birthday party happening in the other room. The bathrooms were single, not stalls, so that could be problematic if one of my girls had to pee badly and it was in use. I was also a little concerned about the playhouse, the lights were out and the ladder wasn’t age appropriate for all the kids squeezed in there, so that was a bit sketchy. Finally, the oldest employee was MAYBE 21 but most likely younger. The rest of the staff seemed 18 or under and annoyed overall.

Pizza was great lots of cheese on it. Lots of activities for families to do. I wish we would have had more time to stay. I have never seen ice cream made the way they make it. It was awesome. The cheese bread was great too.

Really cool place with inside seating and pool tables and lounge area to hang out. We just stopped for the nitrogen infused ice cream. I had the peanut butter explosion tasted amazing 10 times better than a blizzard.

I’m originally from the area but had never been here. My kids had been with their dad. We decided to stop before we headed home a few weeks ago. We had a little hiccup with one of our ice creams. I brought it to the managers (maybe owner) attention. She was very helpful and made us a new ice cream. Would definitely go again!

1st time visitors! Recently relocated to St. Joseph from Kentucky; and had heard positive reviews of Fire & Ice ( of course intrigued by the name ) so gave it a shot on a Saturday evening, around 7:30ish.

We were looking for a family friendly place with great pizza. We were referred to Fire and Ice. Simeon greeted us with a smile and great personality. This set the tone for our visit. The pizza was good, but the ice cream was awesome! (Made right in front of you). There are games for the kids to play, even a play house for the Littles. If you’re looking for family friendly, look no further. We will definitely return. 5/5.

Really good pizza with different options & sizes. Ice cream is amazing. You can watch them create your concoction with the nitrogen. Really cool experience!
