We came in around 5 pm, the front hostess was very helpful. Than we were taken to our table it was very clean, not sticky and it didn’t smell like a wet mop. Within a few minutes, the server came introduce himself. Guivensly, he was very professional and very friendly and served with a kind smile. The food was excellent and very delicious. we also ordered two black tea and an incredible delicious dessert. We will return and enjoy a different seafood dish.

I rarely go to Red Lobster but that’s about to change. I loved my meal and Jessica my server was fantastic. I got the stuff flounder with a cream sauce and Lobster meat ($21.99). It was very good and I’ve been craving it ever since. I went around 5:15pm so it wasn’t packed at all. I will become a frequent customer if the food and service remains the same!

Actually had the best food of any Red Lobster I’ve been to, even though they kept running out of things, having mixups with the food and a long wait time for our order to be taken. Oh-and the stuffed mushrooms we had tasted like bleach. Gross but I have been to many red where they serve shrimp that has been treated that way. Barf.

While visiting the area we stopped in for dinner. The place was pretty empty so we were greeted and seated really fast. First off the a/c in this place was either broken or not working correctly as it was kind of warm inside. Our waitress who was super friendly and kind asked us what to drink and we found out at they were out of what we wanted. Then we ahead to order the main course and found out that there were items there that were not available. So pretty much what we came for was not available. I think it would be best for the servers to advise right up front before you are even allowed to view the menu as to what is not available. The management does a disservice to the employees who are there to work and serve the customers. But how are they supposed to do this when a lot on the menu is not available? Wow ! Ghetto! All you hear is staff telling cursing complaining about not getting proper tip. Also I asked my server what kind of whiskey they carry and one of his responses was Kentucky Bourbon. -_- I had to walk to the bar to see what they carried. when I asked him for a neat double he didn’t know what neat meant. He told us he wasn’t the bartender so he wouldn’t know. Terrible experience, will never be back.

Had dinner here and our waitress Ruby was amazing. There were a couple of people in the booth near us that could not be pleased with anything. Ruby stayed very professional through it all.
