Arby’s was our stop on the way to the Tanger outlets. It was just like any Arby’s good for a quick bite but it was very dirty inside. It was good The service was good atmosphere was called It was not busy but it was dirty the floor in the bathrooms they could put a little bit more love into it.

Arbys is one of my favorite places to grab a quick fresh bite. This one was absolutely terrible. My daughter and I barely got any meat on our sandwiches and our medium fry might as well of been a small. Sandwiches were also slapped together. Their drive thru was slow and no dine in so there isn’t any excuse. Also, drive thru service could’ve been a lot better.

Staff arguing. We ordered 3 number 1 classic meals. We checked to see if we had everything. We thought we did. We drove away and guess what? No cheese on any of the sandwiches!!!! We couldn’t turn around either and we don’t uve around here.

More than once I’ve gotten jalapeños bites via DoorDash and they were delivered without sauce. I contacted the store a few month ago when it first happened and they said why would credit me. Tonight after 7:30p no one answered the phone. Poor management!

We live nearby and give this location a chance every few months hoping turnover will solve some of the problems. It doesn’t. Long wait times and inaccurate orders are the norm. Make the drive over to the location on Grand River in Howell.
