I’m simple….I like just a chicken breast and mashed potatoes and that exactly what I got. No problem. They used to have a one breast meal for $5.00. no more but he gave me what I wanted. It was only $7.00. I’m not complaining. I like KFC.

The service at the Brick Blvd location is awful. Their drive thru intercom doesn’t recognize when cars waiting so you sit for a while before proceeding without interaction ..only to be told you have to go back around. Horrible customer service. Lazy store manager (Kristen). She was more concerned with her drive thru timer than actually serving the customer properly. She sets a bad example for the team! Whomever hired her as a lead must have done so out of desperation. She lacks the skills, patience and understanding to manage. Avoid this location. Other similar reviews are posted, good food bad service.
