The food even though it was cooked while we waited was very blane. They need to update the check-out they do not take apple pay. I will say the workers were friendly and courteous. On the other hand our order was wrong. Also, be carful if you have a low vehicle the entry is very steep.

We go here quite often. Usually we are pleased for what we have to choose in the area it’s usually really good and the service is ok. The last two times we have gone the chicken skin has been soggy on some pieces, the okra is way overcooked. Come on for the up tick in prices which we all understand these days why would you cut the gravy to such a tiny amount for a family pack? Ridiculous. The service the last time was awful at the window wish I would have caught the kids name. Rude as could be. Maybe a little thank you would be nice. The sweet tea is still some of the best around though!

This Chicken Express has gone out its way to provide fresh fried chicken to order sometimes for me and my family, and they usually are churning it out fresh right when I get off work at 5pm. I really love this place’s chicken but I have to be honest number one it’s too expensive for the amount that you get they’re so cald family size is not big enough their size containers are only big enough for two people. I hope that maybe the Corporation CEO or corporate office will see this and make some adjustments. I had to order a couple extra pieces of chicken and I was going to order some extra sides but by the time you’re all done you’re paying the same amount as you would have paid for the bigger family size and not gotten much more food for that price so something needs to be adjusted somewhere

Brandon (tall young man with glasses) usually works the drive thru is always so sweet to me when I come through. I’ve had some negative experiences with 2 of the male managers here so it did make me apprehensive to dining here. However Brandon is always polite, fast & courteous!

Fish was horrible. I think you need to stop serving fish. Could not even eat it. Can’t tell you what was wrong very chewy maybe not cooked long enough. Have not been happy with the fish in a very long time. Had not eaten here in a very long time. Will not be back.

With all the craziness of inside closed, the drive up and drive thru was very busy. They seemed to be on the ball and moved the lines through quite quickly. Their tenders deal with 2 sides and biscuits pretty hard to beat. We ordered spicy wish they were a little more but not evey one likes super spicy. Just added more to mine at home. Gravy was okay could use a little more pepper. The poppers very tasty and the Mac and cheese was okay. Lacked a little flavor.

My expierce over three years has generally been good but the last two visits have been orders gone wrong and long waits. Staff that go inside are served promptly. If you order anythingade fresh you are put at the back of the cue.
