The food is always hot and fast. They are nice and courteous and every option is usually available up until CLOSE TIME, when everyone else on Colerain closes earlier. Never busy and always nice staff. Drive thru recommended.

Well when I came into the store looked at the menu everything the prices doubled include for what I ordered almost cost me $40 which that at one time I can get it for less than $25 so as far as your prices I don’t think that I’m going to come back $40 for 12 pieces of chicken and two large orders and six basics I don’t think so thank you very much

Definitely 5 star dine in service IF Linda is at the register… same with the food quality, she makes sure that the fries are fresh and hot and that the sandwiches are made fresh.. however the company has not fixed the Heat in that particular building and over 2 months.. so not only are the customers freezing and the food gets cold almost immediately the employees are also freezing… which is unacceptable

Extremely bad customer service. We ordered the wagyu burger and the inside was raw after one bite. The night manager rudely said do you want us to remake. Initially we said yes and quickly changed our mind when the cook could said he is not familiar with cooked hamburger due to the fact he does not eat meat. We immediately asked for our money back and returned all the food. We thought we got a refund and later the evening realized the refund was canceled or not completed by the cashier. I will be calling the store to get my refund.
