Staying true to tradition, our Pizza Napoletana is as authentic as it gets! Using Mozzarella di Bufala made for us earlier in the week in a small town in Campania .. then flown in fresh .. or maybe our flour which is shipped over by boat … no no, how about our salt which comes straight from the Mediterranean Sea! This trend continues .. for EVERY single one of our ingredients … i know, it’s the real deal!
We open at 11:00am,everyday, and close as soon as the dough runs out or 9 pm… sorry, it’s made fresh, DAILY! And yes, we are open on Sundays as well…

Located in a large warehouse, Cugini Forno Pizzeria Winston Salem is a very popular, and good Pizza parlor. The crust is tasty, though soft which I prefer a crispy crunch instead. Dough is flavorful as are the cheese and sauce, though I am not a fan of Mutti Tomato sauce. Pizzas here are huge! 16” is the choice, so plenty to take home. Prices are quite reasonable and the desserts are great too. Located on the ground level towards the stairs/street. Speed wise the pizza came out in record time – ultra speedy!!! Service was very friendly too. They have other menu items to try also.

Not a bad joint. Was a little too expensive for my taste but all in all the pizza was good and of a decent size. I would have preferred a little more sauce on the pizza but it’s not a breaking point by any means. Atmosphere was very classic pizzeria. The fruit tarte tasted good but the fruit on top was too frozen or “chilled” for my taste.

The space is perfect for families and gatherings. The pizza is amazing and probably our favorite in the city. Just a great spot! They just need to get more seating available since they have grown so much in popularity (maybe consider bringing your own chair on a weekend visit). Don’t forget to tip along with your bill! (Also, better to eat in here instead of delivery as the pizza looses heat very fast)

Cugino Forno is a great pizza franchise that tries to keep the traditional pizza from Naples. Pizzas are made in wood ovens and the ingredients and brought from Naples as well. Their flavors are exquisite, their desserts are delicious, and the common areas and surroundings are beautiful for three whole family. Pizzas are a little pricey, but it is worth it to try them.

One of the best pizza places in Winston-Salem. Authentic Italian pizza. Several places to sit but mostly outside. There is a beer hall right beside it so it works well. There is a free parking garage nearby as well.
