I usually go here a couple times a month and everything tastes good and looks fresh, but this time the toppings were brown and dry(mango, avocado, wasabi) and the lettuce was brown and wilted which deterred me from getting certain items..and the bowl I got just had a funky smell and taste when I went to eat it. Just not as fresh as usual and raw fish and other fresh raw ingredients is not something to let go bad…I didn’t even want to finish my bowl.

I have tried this location on 3 occasions and will not be returning again. Each time I have experienced rude staff who seem annoyed and angry to have customers walk into the restaurant. I worked in food service for many years, so I understand the exhaustion and frequent understaffing of the industry, but treating customers with this much contempt for entering the restaurant is a problem. My latest experience today also included the employee taking a personal call on their cell phone while preparing my order. Also – I would not recommend getting bubble tea here since there are 3 other bubble tea restaurant options within walking distance. Their bubble tea flavor selection is small and the cup sizing is smaller than normal.

I have never left a review but this experience was so bad I had to. I have always gone to Middletown poke too and it was amazing. Went here and the ahi tuna in my bowl was inedible I threw out the whole bowl. The tuna was oddly textured and tasted like it had gone bad. I went and told them the tuna was bad, they only did not refund me, but told me it was because the tuna was cut differently. The shape of the tuna does not change the fact it tasted bad. This experience was bad and I would not go back to this store again.

Both my wife and I ordered poke bowls with Salmon for pickup. The salmon in both bowls were half way cooked because of how hot the rice was. I’ve never experienced this from any other Poke place. Also, the rice was mushy. Disappointed…

Zero customer service. Ordered a bowl with tuna and the fish was bad. People behind the counter stated it was probably just cut differently and would not give back our money. Avoid this place they do not take care of their customers. $30 gone with nothing to show for it.
