This place serious issues. Workers with long hair not tied up and netted. Like there there to showcase there look. Serious attitude problems with staff..mostly black. No suprise. Got seious dirty looks. Constantly returning my order. Skimping on meat..brown lettice..not ripe tomatoes..also did I mention the attitude??.. This franchise obviously is owned by onother money grabbing owner. I’m done…and going to another location. F$%#* this place.

I always customize my order everytime online and this time it did not go through correctly? If you were to look at my order history you’ll see I never get onions or tomatoes and always add Grey Poupon mustard to my sandwich! So my order was completely wetting this time.

The bread is both over baked and stale. The genius who put my sandwiches together put the meat on perpendicular to the bread, 2 inches of bare french bread at each end and half the meat hanging out. Sour lettuce as well. The only upside was it didn’t take an hour and ten minutes like last time.

I ordered the Thai Chicken Wrap, which I have ordered once before. When I first tried it, I was raving about how good they were to my coworkers. I asked for extra lettuce and onions. It arrived totally soaked in the sauce, dripping everywhere, barely any lettuce, no carrots and not sure about cucumber, because it was so soggy. I always order from here and have never had a problem. It was not a good experience. Other than that, the delivery is always good.

The absolute slowest and most unreliable delivery service around. Do not order delivery from this location, after 20 plus attempts the order has yet to make it to our office in less than an hour and usually takes over two hours. It has been an hour and we are still waiting, when I called they said it hasn’t even left the store yet and they cannot give me an estimated time of arrival!

Nothing freaky fast or accurate at this location. Placed an order on the app for pickup, an hour later was never notified of it being ready, called to ask about order & was told they aren’t making any pick ups orders until the person comes in! Went in to get my order & by then it was made & they gave it to me, got back to work & it wasn’t even what I ordered!!!! Had to go back again & was never offered a free bag of chips or anything. Total thumbs down.

This is the worst jimmy John’s I ever dealt with very inconsistent one day they deliver to my house and one day they don’t! I ordered like an hour and a half ago and I called asking about my order why is taking so long and they say I was out of range while it’s less than 2 miles away from my house! That was not the worst thing the worse thing is when I talked to the manager which she was the rudest person very stiff acting like she’s managing a nuclear facility! And she goes unfortunately you’re outta of range and if you got delivery yesterday then the person who got the order didn’t know what he was doing! Means there are people there who don’t know what they’re doing! FIRE this manager she’s the one who doesn’t know what she’s doing! Never again with this store and this is how businesses get brought down to the ground! I still have fingers to type and express my feeling! AGAIN FIRE THIS MANAGER
