First time not being completely impressed by the service Arrived and sat ourselves, it took a long time for anyone to walk over and fill our drink order. The drink from the bar took so long to arrive, we ended up just ordering dessert even though someone at the table was hungry.

We booked a private room tonight for my daughter’s 21st bday! Manager was AMAZING. We were given 2 servers who did an outstanding job. They went above and beyond for my daughter, friends and family. Drinks, food and games were a ton of fun. The price wasn’t cheap at all but it was definitely worth it. We will definitely book again!

My boyfriend took me to eat lunch at Dave and Busters. I soooo loved the atmosphere & the wait staff was friendly & helpful with any questions we may have had. I had the Chimichurri bowl & my boyfriend had the full rack of ribs with fries. After lunch we got to go and play on the arcade floor the different games they had. We had so much fun. Not just for kids but adults as well. Pleasant & fun first time experience at this place. Will definitely go back.

First of all my husband lost his debit card on the Pacman game, it was turned in to security right away. Secondly the drink service off to the side on the right hand side had the best customer service ever. She was very friendly, fun and I would definitely go back just for her service. She took a video of me and my friend. Love it

Bar staff sucks. Literally every single person was rude. We were waiting forever. The girl I ordered a drink from literally didn’t bring the drink I ordered I asked another bartender and he had such attitude that I didn’t order from him and he knew nothing about it. Like that’s fine but can I get it now. They were all just huddled in the corner the we wonder why were not being helped. They were super rude with multiple of my coworkers. Things like this is what makes us not go out. When we finally decide to, these people act like their job sucks so bad that they have to ruin our time. Maybe look for a different career because every bar I’ve ever gone to they take care of you this staff made us feel like we were asking for too much or bothering them. Definitely do not recommend.
