Decided to finally try this place, and soon realized that I shouldn’t have waited so long. The cashier Jaclyn was super awesome and incredibly friendly. You could tell that she really enjoys her job, and because of it, customers like myself will always want to return.

The birra tacos were good, and a decent amount of spice provided a flavorful meat and dipping juice. The two birra tacos came with a 4 oz cup of pinto beans. Ordered a bean cheese burrito. It was not my favorite. The tortilla was doughy, not cooked thoroughly. This was our first time, but I will not be ordering burritos from here again. However, we would like to try their plates and sandwiches.

This place was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised because I just needed a quick bite to eat before continuing my travels. Saw this place at the gas station and was like woah Mexican food at the gas station I’ve never seen that before (I’m from New York). I got a Carne Asada Torta. It was very well seasoned, pretty big, and reasonably priced. The girl are the register was super nice and friendly. Would definitely go again.

Don’t get thrown off by the fact that this place is inside a gas station. This place was perfect for us for a quick bite to eat and was very authentic. Quesadillas were great. The space inside was clean and the cashier was friendly. Great little gem!

Great food and reasonable, too. I had a carnitas burrito, which was amazing; substantial, sizeable chunks of perfectly-cooked carnitas; rice; and beans. The good news-the beans and rice were in smaller proportions that did not “overwhelm” the meat. My wife ordered the chicken enchiladas, and she was pleased. The downside-Las Palmas’ food counter and small eating area are tucked-away inside of a gas station/market. Suffice that if you don’t care about ambiance- or if you happen to enjoy watching people come-into and out-of a service station- you’ll be good.

I was surprised to find this little treasure inside of a gas station convenience store. The food I ordered was AMAZING!! Crispy chicken tacos and the cheese enchiladas plate with green sauce & refried beans. OMG!! The tacos with their geeen tomatillo sauce (from the nest and clean and well stocked sauce bar) was so good. But when I tasted the cheese enchiladas my mouth started smiling. Some of the best cheese enchiladas I’ve had in a very long time.

It is a very inexpensive and good quality place for Mexican food. It’s at a gas station so don’t expect any ambience. But the food quality is quite good.

Stop by this place when charging the car nearby. The store is located in the gas station market. What a surprise! The Burritos are huge and delicious with the reasonable price under $10.
