I like mazzios but lately it’s just not the same like it was before. I always order the same thing and they either forget the ranch or forget my drink. They make it sound like it’s a hassle to give it to me or give me a refund. I have always tried to give them more business when dominoes came but I’m not gonna order from mazzios anymore.

I keep giving this restaurant a chance but I’m consistently disappointed by the quality. It’s always soggy and very very greasy… I love Mazzio’s pizza but this is the worst one of their restaurants. Management if you see this please talk to your crew about putting a little more care in the pizza they make. Sheesh!

Very unclear mailer, no clarification when ordering. Total chaos when I went in to pay. Cashier couldn’t explain the total. Told them to keep their pizzas. Won’t go back!!

If I could give a negative score I would. Not only did our order get messed up, when we called to have it corrected the employee was rude and talking back. When talked to the manager She, we’ll just say her name starts with a J and ends with a essica, she was just rude as the employee.

Mazzios has been great since we moved to Purcell. I would rate them higher but there have been a couple mishaps, nothing major but; on 10/10/21 we order a couple of pizza, one being a supreme. When we got it it was missing a few veggies and meat categories. A photo is being attached to this post for reference.
