The customer service here needs improvement. The coffee pot needed replacing. No hair net on the server head. Food touch server cloths. Bathroom needed proper cleaning. I will not be eatting there again.

Nice area but they lack in customer service and understanding your order sometimes. I’ve been here 4 or 5 times now and it just seems like they need better customer service training. Especially at the front entry. The large dark skin guy with glasses looks at you awkwardly without saying anything welcoming. I almost walked out. The wait for the food was interesting when there were only 3 other guests. The syrup containers need to be swapped out, cleaned and refilled. I still don’t understand why the food comes out and its not hot. Hope they do better.

Visited this location today and the one server that was in the back of the restaurant was rude and loud talking about her other tables. She mentioned that they were getting on her ***** nerves so before we made her serve us with such attitude we asked another young lady that looked like she was finishing up to get us the manager but before she did she ensured that we were served and she did a wonderful job! Donnette was amazing, patient with our kids and she was good all around! Very polite young lady. We will definitely return back for her.

Horrible !!!!! Don’t come here ever ….I called the first time I was on hold for twenty mins I hung up and called back and was on hold that time for fifteen mins I was sitting in the parking lot of the establishment….so I decided to go in and it’s literally one table of customers…..it was no one in the front to greet you and the establishment was empty !!! Why am I on hold for thirty mins if it’s literally one table of people …..poor customer service go somewhere else for your hard earned money

Wasn’t good at all ! Food didn’t look appetizing and was missing avocado they didn’t tell me until the end of when my plate came didn’t come with sauce that came with it and they didn’t apologize or say anything about it and they took no money off for the missing things that was bad or didn’t come . Atmosphere was horrible nobody was in their but like 2 people.

I enjoy coming to this IHOP with my family. The food is okay, and so are the drinks. However something that I really appreciate is the customer service. I haven’t had a bad experience when interacting with a waiter, or hostess. Donnette especially is very personable and very efficient. She was so kind and patient and is honestly one of best individuals I’ve met since going here.

This ihop is trash, I order from Uber eats , my whole order was wrong , missing whole meals off my order , it just seems like they just gave me whatever , gave me ranch to a meal I didn’t receive and the ranch looks like it’s been used, they don’t treat delivery orders the same , it’s ridiculous
