Ive ruled out the possibility of it being broken off bc the piece is not in our bag and we aren’t eating it. Sure, I’ve had a bad experience or two, but most of the time they have a friendly staff, correct order, and fresh food. Oh, and it’s a nice one inside- very clean!!

He is very rude and so unprofessional, I understand working in a fast food restaurant can be exhausting from time to time but literally was the only customer and his attitude was so bad. There’s a reason that nobody is here. Nothing has changed here, blatant disregard for human life. (A lawsuit waiting to happen!) Stale food reheated, one for the health department to check out. I will never eat here again! They almost killed me. After I told them not to pick out the pickles that I was allergic! They said to worry and that’s exactly what they did…… Lucky for me and them that I checked before taking a bite. All they do is pull the pickles out. They must think if they do that, it’s safe.

I’ve come to this BK several times and never had a bad experience. I felt compelled to post a review tonight, though, because when I went through the drive thru tonight, an employee was standing with her back to the window and took a Snapchat photo. I tried to duck so I wouldn’t be in it, but I guess I was because she turned around an said sorry afterwards. I tried calling the store after the fact to speak to someone in charge, not to complain or get anyone in trouble, but just so that it could be addressed because it made me uncomfortable and would make others uncomfortable if it happened again. My call went straight to voicemail, and the voicemail box was full. So I’m posting here. Also, here is a photo of my ice cream cone that I received. Overall disappointing and off putting.

I ordered a whopper jr which I’ve gotten plenty of times and it was so tiny I finished it in four bites .It was super thin and smaller then the bun.Sweet tea tasted awful with barley any Ice.Better get with it with Whataburger across the street !I won’t be returning to this location .

Giving 2 stars because the lady at the drivethrough is so sweet. The fries smell like urine, which I know can happen from not using fresh oil to fry with…just hope someone didn’t do something else. Just nasty fries. I tried to call but no answer. Owner needs to know. The sandwich I got was great though! Please fix the smelly fries
