Swapped to this location from the Pearl Rd Middleburg (hgts?) location. The quality is consistently amazing here. It’s like a half an hour further away than the Middleburg location was, but it turns out I don’t even mind. The pizza here is so consistently well made and just always so amazing, it is more than worth the half hour.

Probably the best of the national chain-type pizza places. Better than Domino’s or Papa Johns, and a million miles ahead of Little Caesars and their 8-slice circular pieces of cardboard with a dusting of cheese and some incarnation of red sauce.

Told us 20 mins took 45 then they made food wrong. When we got there They took our money said a couple minutes but took 25. It takes 15 min too make pizza so took our money knowing our food was not in the oven and said only couple minutes. Liars not honest be upfront say 45 minute wait

Disappointed on the customer service the website clearly says curbside pick up and my wife had the kids in the car asleep in the carseats she had to wake them up just to go inside and pick up a 2 small individual pizzas she even called for curb side and the manager on duty said no they don’t offer it correct your website cause that’s clearly false advertising and poor service.

Online ordering is a big fail. It declines debit card payment despite there being more than enough money on the card. However, the payment still shows up on my bank activity. Call the pizza shop and they have no record of the order and say they cannot refund the money because they have no control over the online ordering system. This has happened to me twice. Have to wait several days before the charge is reversed and my account credited back the money.
