Exceptional no-nonsense meal. We got al pastor lunch plate and piccadillo lunch place. Beans both ways with corn & flour tortillas. Everything made from scratch with incredible flavor. We left full and happy!

Totally awesome breakfast burritos. Large, and with actual taste. NOT totally bland. NO yellow cheese-like. LOTS of meat choices.

The best breakfast taco this side of the Rio Grand , Red River and The Mighty Mississippi River! Ya’ll need to try this old gas station turn resturant. It is in a really old , historic area of Lake Charles .

Chorizo and egg taco didn’t taste great, but the potato and egg taco was good! The salsa was garlicky but not spicy…sweet tea was really good!!

Simply amazing tacos! Tacos were prepared with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection! The customer service was friendly and top notch, from getting our order taken, to receiving our meal. Also very reasonable prices. I definitely recommend this establishment and will return in the future!

Yeah… No. This might be Mexican food but it’s barely functioning. Something as simple as a plate with 2 breakfast tacos plus rice and beans was impossible for these people to pull off. I’m not sure what is in the sugar dispenser but it is DEFINITELY NOT sugar. Serving coffee in styrofoam cups causes the wax lining to melt in your coffee. Ceramic coffee cups are a one time expense versus repeatedly buying disposable cups. It’s a functioning kitchen and it’s nice to see these ladies cooking up a storm but there’s a charge for EVERYTHING. $20 for 2 cups of coffee, 2 potato & egg tacos & a chorizo and egg plate with flour tortillas is ridiculous. This will be my only visit.

Great fresh Mexican food! They make the tortillas daily. I like the fact that you can see the entire kitchen when you are ordering. The food is authentic, the taste is delicious and the service is fast. It’s always busy but the lines move fast.

This is definitely a hidden gem, I haven’t had a authentic Mexican taco since I been in lake Charles and this place absolutely gave me what I been missing. A classic Mexican street taco vibe. I went with breakfast tacos it was 8am and the line went conveniently fast very good service, tacos had an amazing authentic flavor, and let me not forget to mention the salsa verde (green salsa) it was spicy and freshly made. Must go back for the lunch/dinner menu.
