So I’ve never had an issue with any American Deli I’ve ever visited, but this is the first time I’ve ever been to the Tallassee location. First I want to make it clear that it’s NOT the food, just the appearance of the employees (young ladies) and maybe wipe down the main counters? ( Seasoned Salt everywhere, Lol!) Anyhoo….like I mentioned, this is my first visit in Tallassee and maybe every location doesn’t maintain a uniform standard, idk? But yeah, hot wings were great, and fries were fresh and hot

This place is awful! I placed a pick up order 20 minutes before we arrived and the food wasn’t dropped until I got there and they told me 10 minutes. The employees are eating behind the counter. They have nasty attitudes. I was hung up on while trying to place my order and they aren’t busy. After 10 minutes of waiting they said there were other customers they had to drop 100 wings for and I had to wait until those were done. I asked to speak to the manager and got my money back. Will not go back there!

Great service. This place has improved %100. The food is always hot and fresh. I love that they show you your food before you leave the place. Their wings are the bomb and you can’t wrong with an order of chicken, pork or shrimp fried rice.

I love the Philly cheese steak and wing combo. (I get the cheese steak without the bun and it is yummy!) I also love the chef salad, the seasoning sets it apart from your normal lunch salad. It also is a large portion so I can usually eat on it for several meals. The American Deli staff is attentive and friendly and I am glad to have American Deli in Tallassee. Highly recommend.

This was my first time ever eating at American deli, and I can honestly say I REGRET not eating there sooner. Hands down the BEST food I have had in a long time and the customer service was phenomenal. The teriyaki wings and philly are AWESOME. And best of all, my children cleaned their plates.

OMG the wings are delicious! I recommend getting them “wet” and I recommend the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich too! I didnt like the fried shrimp it was hard due to over cooking and I haven’t tried any other menu items. Dont forget to season your fries with the seasoning salt it makes them soooo much better! The lobby can get disorganized and messy at times which is a turn off for new comers but they do have alot of traffic on Friday and Saturdays. Overall it’s a well worth the money place. As for price it is a $$ place. Depends on what you get.
