Quick, delicious, authentic, and light on the wallet. Fresh diced add-ons that are self serve. Don’t look for a brick and mortar, this is a tent on a sidewalk. That said, they accept all major credit cards. Tailgate picnic style for this random lunch excursion. If I am back in the area, I’ll bring my appetite for Tacos La Esquina.

I was so looking forward to this venue because of the few, but stellar reviews it has received. I was immediately disappointed, the facility is barely a tent. There is no protection for the food from bugs or weather. I saw no thermometers for monitoring food. The cooking utensils are washed my hand, questioning the temperature at which it is done. Just couldn’t bring myself to eat here, despite prior reviews.

It’s like a food truck without the truck. I don’t speak Spanish, but they made it work. 🙂 Our veggie burritos were delicious and include a small bag of chips. $6 for lunch. Friendly people. We got it to go as there isn’t much space to sit. It’s all outdoors. Highly recommend if you’re nearby.

This was the absolute best burrito I’ve had in decades!!! I am from San Diego and parked at one of the nearby lot. I grabbed a burrito on my way to LAX, and it was just on a whime that I stopped at this establishment. Best decision of the day. I would seriously drive all the way up from San Diego just for their burrito!!!
