Place was Uber clean, even the ladies room. Manager hands on and nice. I only got the strawberry shake, u know that 5 dollar one, not worth it. I think something was wrong with the machine. Shake lacked flavor, mix was inconsistent and no lids for the shake that fit!! The employee that made it made a mess. I felt bad for her. So not worth my money and a huge let down.

Hardee’s doesn’t get the recognition it deserves! Truly. It’s such an amazing store, yes at times they may be slow but you have to think about the fact that they are always so busy! they are always very attentive to their guest and also very clean! you do have guest that tend to get very out of control and in my opinion the employees have always handled them the way they should. I will never have such a negative complaint about Hardees, any time i’ve had any type of problem they were sure to fix it, and they’re always more than friendly about it. Love hardees!

I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. There was no cheese. The sausage looked and tasted like it was from yesterday’s breakfast. The coffee tasted like hot dish water. come on Hardee’s you can do better than that.

Ordered a combo. Asked if the monster sized drink that comes with be put in the smallest cup they have so that a child can use it. I was charged separately for each item. It was a COMBO. The attendant refused to refund my money and told me I could take it up with a manager. Extra for the drink. Extra for the fries. It was a COMBO. RIP OFF

This Hass to be my favorite Hardees! These girls and guys are always on the move and by the time you get your money out of your pocket to pay for your order, the food is sitting right in front of you and I’ve never ever ever had a problem at this Hardee’s. I recommend their breakfast and anything to be honest check them out. !

If I could give lower than a 1, I would. Ordered on the app on April 4th, 2023 and when we arrived at drive thru to pick up the order they first couldn’t find the order then was told they were out of most of the items we ordered. Told them to cancel the order and was told they would. They didn’t and now am having to fight the charges of 20.02. Waiting to hear back from corporate then contacting my bank. Tried this Hardee’s since the service at the Walhalla store is horrible. Not going to bother ever again with any of them.

Since I have Celiac disease and cannot eat bread, I order low-carb burgers with “lettuce wrap” instead of the bun. Usually, the burger has several leaves of lettuce on each side of the burger. At Seneca Hardees recently, my burger had ONE leaf of lettuce on each side. I ate there again the next day and commented about the lack of lettuce with the lettuce wrap. He said they were only allowed to put one leaf of the lettuce wrap burgers. The cashier said I could get it with extra lettuce. He charged $.29 more. That burger had TWO leaves of lettuce on each side. I’ve had low-carb burgers at other Hardee’s that had 4-5 leaves of lettuce on each side, at no extra cost. Hardee’s seems to have very inconsistent employee training. Besides, one would think that not getting a bun on a burger would put more money in Hardee’s bank account, and that they wouldn’t resort to charging extra for just two more leaves of lettuce!

I ordered a loaded omelet combo. The tots were soggy. Which was disappointing but a win for my dog. Then I bit into my loaded omelet biscuit and had to check it because it tasted just like an egg biscuit. I went back to the store and the staff while incredibly rude replaced it. The only problem is they replaced it with a biscuit of the same quality. It was an egg biscuit with bacon and sausage sprinkle it didn’t even have onions or peppers. Due to their disrespect and incompetence to fix the issue I contacted their corporate office.
