Went through the drive-through with my wife. Drive-through service was a decent pace, so the wait wasn’t long. Unfortunately, when we arrived at our home, my wife opened the bag, and we were missing a few items. I did call the store to speak with a manager. She was very friendly and we will be going back to get our replacement items.

I have been here 3-4 times and it has been one of the few (if any) Taco Bell’s that has gotten my order correct every time even with adjustments. The food is always hot and served in a reasonable amount of time. I hope this location keeps it up because this will be my new permanent Taco Bell!

Went thru the drive thru at 12:25 on saturday and both the women in the window were rude. if i could put zero stars i would. their attitude is ridiculous. if you’re not gonna have good customer service then don’t be in the industry.

I selected veggie mode in kiosks and order veggie black bean taco but served beef taco(non-veg). Not really understand what’s the use of selecting veggie mode? Definitely it’s a miss and I’m totally disappointed about the order served. I not gonna visit taco in future.

I do not know if there are new workers or what it is but we’ve gone to this Taco Bell many times and this was the worst visit ever. The cashier was very short and mumbled the whole time. Our fries were dumbed in the bottom of the bag and I did not get what I paid for with the rice. I really hope next time is better.
