I was getting tired of my previous meal prep company, and the quality had been going downhill fast over the last couple of months; so I decided to give Fit Meals Prep a try. OMG!!!! They have 100% of my business now!!! Everything I ordered from the steak & shrimp (high protein) to the broccoli chicken alfredo (high protein) to the teriyaki salmon and sprouts was phenomenal! Love the environmentally friendly packaging as well!

Having been in the fitness industry for 14 years & a gym owner myself, I’ve tried many meal prep services in the area and nationwide. I’ve been away from Fit.Meals.Prep for a while but it’s as good as I remember. Probably my Top 3! The meals are healthy & delicious, plus BPA-free packaging (no removing to heat up) and shelf-life are very important to me… it’s a winning combo in my book! So far the members at my gym that have tried a Fit.Meals.Prep meal have LOVED it! If my members are happy, I’m definitely happy.

JUST found them today and eating the turkey patty with sweet potatoes and green beans. FANTASTIC!!! My friend has a similar concept restaurant in Little Rock called Marie’s Milford Track (and The Gym). I’ve missed it since moving here, but this solves that! Great way to eat clean, delicious and zero excuses. EDIT: This food is SO SO SO delicious I came back for more. These type fit meal prep restaurants make it so easy to faithfully eat clean. The food is always delicious, portioned for you, convenient and heats in its own container…. For around $12 a meal plus tax. No excuses to eat fast food when you can eat REAL food, fast.
