Let me just say this this Starbucks is terrible. Every time I got in there the staff all have attitudes and are not helpful. But Carine always has the nastiest attitude if you ask her about anything Starbucks related she never knows and just overall a very rude person. I’m done going to this Starbucks. Also the drinks are never made right. I spend to much on drinks for them to be made wrong and to be dealing with a worker with a nasty attitude. Then she’s always in there when I walk in and see Carine it makes me not want to order.

I ordered Java Chip Frappucino, which contains mocha sauce and I ask her if the Java Chip doesn’t have a mocha sauce and she said that’s different drink. I ordered this drink like since I was teen and when does it change ? ‍♀️ THIS DAY SUCKS! The fact I just ordered this drink yesterday at the same store. LOL — the other ladies working here are way better.

This has got to be the worst Starbucks, before and after the renovation. They are ALWAYS are of something to make blended drinks, or the machine is out of service or they are out of ice. I must say that when the mature crew was running it the drinks and the service were very good. Just ordered a strawberry frap and was told they didn’t have the ingredients to make it, then changed to a caramel frap and the consistency was 99%liquid and of course out of whip cream. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE AVER! They are too busy talking about non sense than actually doing their job.
