I was blown away with the exceptional customer service I experienced today, something that is so terribly lacking in many establishments today. I placed a to go order with Uber eats and I’m unsure of whose fault it was but an item was left behind. I called and let Field of greens know I was missing part of my order, without hesitation the manager Julian said he would deliver it to me promptly. It was such a pleasant surprise that the item I wanted the most wasn’t going to be refunded but instead delivered to me and with the biggest smile and by such a nice a friendly guy! He went above and beyond

Enjoyer of the split pea soup, Full of Life salad and appreciate the dressing on the side, and Green Goddess(?) smoothie, my usual go-to’s. Sandwiches are all pretty good as well, not picky of which. Will say that my salad included chicken, and it was dry as all hell, didn’t eat all of the chicken, just the smaller bits. I suggest trying out sous vide if possible, otherwise I’ll exclude the chicken next time. No big deal for me. All in all, still trying out more in their menu. Can get pricey just so you know.
