Lunch was great. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. The temp was in the 80s outside so when you went inside it is very cold! The food was very good and my strawberry fields salad had a lot of bule cheese on it which I enjoyed.

Apparently it’s way too difficult for the staff here to double-check to-go orders to ensure sauces are in the bag for the customer. I’ve made the mistake of making this my go-to place for the past few years because my child likes it. 80% of the time they forget ketchup, sauce, or some other critical side. I have complained to management several times only to be given a comp card, but the problem is never corrected. There seems to be a flaw in the training of their staff where they just don’t care enough to complete the order and ensure the customer doesn’t experience the frustration of having to find an employee to get the additional things they need.

Best Culver’s I have ever been to! I walked in about 30 minutes before closing and received and friendly and enthusiastic greeting. Placed my order then my food was ready in about 5 minutes and cooked to perfection! The is really well run restaurant!

Visited Culver’s in Denver for the first time and this location the second time. Excellent food. Friendly staff. Clean place. Please expand to New England! If there is a Wendy’s, McD’s, Burger King, and Culvers next to each other, I go to Culvers on any day.

I came in almost exactly 6pm on Tuesday, Nov 8th. I ordered a single mushroom n swiss, kids combo with chocolate milk and 2 mint oreo scoops. When we got our order, we were missing the Mushroom N Swiss and the chocolate milk. When they brought out the missing items, my Mushroom N swiss was missing almost all the mushrooms. I mean who seriously made this sandwich?? What a waste of $5 for that sandwich. If that’s the incompetent people you have making sandwiches, I’ll go next door to Arbys next time.

Unbelievably lousy service, mistakes with my order happened more often than not. Usually they would take care of it if there was a problem (even without a receipt), but this particular time the incompetent manager refused to reimburse without a receipt. Understandable, IF I was claiming i missed out on all or most of a previous order, but over a single french fry? Manager used the poor excuse that anyone could come through and take advantage of the system. Bull! When at that moment I had 20 dollars worth of burgers/fries and I’m willing to pay you on that order!! I’m not just swinging through to collect my free fry!! And your gonna argue with me over a fry that I can’t prove you guys DID NOT give me?! I will not come back…what a horrible manager supposedly “following the rules” of corporate. LOL Just a joke of a place! Guess the customer isn’t always right. They lost my future business over a 25¢ fry! (This happened about 6 months ago)

Ordered 2 fish meals (2 piece cod meals) and was charged $15 for each but received 2 fish sandwiches instead. Did not check order at the restaurant because the person who brought out the food read off what was actually ordered so I assumed it was correct. Was also the worst tasting Culver’s I’ve ever been to. Won’t be going back to this location.
