Yea this guy was yelling at the employees, I got home and didn’t have my dipping sauce s. The dude running the place was very toxic. I didn’t care for it. I like the food, better if I had my dipping sauce. But that guy running stuff there was a prick. I think I’ll hit up pizza hut next time.

Certain Papa Johns locations just don’t make the pizza or papadias right anymore. There be no meat in the papadias , if anything you will have more onions and peppers if anything. Pineapple Hawaiian pizza, you will be lucky to taste a pineapple here and there etc…..

Order was wrong. After calling for replacement waited another hour for delivery. This is bad customer service, our order should have been moved to the first for delivery since this was their mistake and we had already waited 45 min for first delivery . Almost 2 hours waiting on dinner is unacceptable.

I was in my car sitting right in front of Papa Johns in Elyria Ohio Chestnut commons…….I called to get 2 medium pizzas for $6.99 each . I told them i was sitting there and they said i have to order on line……I told them….Well you just lost a sale…….I will never order from this franchise again…….UNBELIEVABLE
