Called in a Pepperoni pizza with garlic butter and Parmesan. I got a regular pepperoni pizza didn’t complain ask for the stuff and just did it myself then i get back to work I see hair in it couldn’t take it back because of work. Also not the first time they messed up my order I would be better off just getting a hot a ready then ask them for the stuff instead of wasting time calling it in.

Getting real tired of this place. You guys are closing your lobby way to early and unfortunately I can’t use drive thru cause of my window. Been a loyal customer ever since I started working over here at the Cedar Springs Walmart and I usually go in right before it’s time for them to close the lobby and order a pepperoni pizza. Beren doing it for the past 3 years now and we try to make it before 9 and THEY STILL HAD THEIR LOBBY CLOSED. Never again will I come back to this Lil Caesars ever again. We’re done!

Don’t waste time ordering ahead. Have waited 20+ minutes. Staff handle food without gloves directly after touching body and smoking. Hot and read was a good bet after 15 minute wait.

My pizza has been awful the last four five times. I stayed away awhile . I have given 2 more chances. It’s still awful. Paid 20 bucks for what looks and taste like a dollar pizza from grocery store. Got order wrong the last 2 times. I guess it’ll be Domino’s from now own. Ceader springs yall are awful

I ordered my pizza online so I could just go in, get it from the portal and leave. It told me it would be ready between 7:20-7:25. So I got there at 7:22 and nothing in the portal so I waited till the front girl could help me. I just thought it wasn’t done yet. I waited and she spoke to me and me pizza was on the rack. Ok whatever I took my pizza went home and it was wrong. I go up there tell her that wasn’t my pizza and explained to her what was wrong. They remade the pizza and she handed it to me and walked away. I mean usually when somebody (in this case multiple ppl) screw up you would get a apology. Customer service at that place has gone down the toilet ever since the bald headed manager left.
